You may cancel your contract declaration within one month without giving reasons in written form (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins earliest with receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the recurring supply of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery). Consequences:
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits returned and possibly towed uses (eg interest) surrendered. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or just in a state grant, you must contact us if necessary value.
